Most of the time, netizens are SOL when they have a problem with a service or other entity. For example, what if your Blogspot blog gets deleted? One blogger recently had one of her three blogs yanked by Google, which identified it as a spam blog. Hah??? I don't understand this, as I encounter spam blogspot blogs and their spam commenters every day. That's why I moderate comments now, and guess what? The spammers are so stupid they continue to post comments! I deleted 35 spam comments just this morning! She's emailed Google but has received no response. Then there are problems involved with social networking entities, like FACEBOOK (horror story), and how many times have people been unable to name a twitter or MySpace because "sorry, that name is already taken"...
